Daybreak at Hannan Center exists to improve the quality of life for older adults living with dementia and their families. Daybreak provides a safe and secure daytime environment for participants, offering opportunities for independence, growth in confidence, and personal development. Our person-centered approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, to help participants increase their sense of well-being and continue living in a home of their choice.
Through Daybreak, family caregivers are given the chance to fulfill work and personal obligations or just have time away from the demands of caregiving – while having the peace of mind their loved one is being respectfully cared for by a compassionate team of professionals.
