DayBreak provides a safe and secure daytime environment for participants, offering opportunities for independence, growth in confidence, and personal development. Our person-centered program is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, with the goal of helping participants increase their sense of well-being and continue living in a home of their choice.

Through DayBreak, family caregivers are given the chance to fulfill work and personal obligations, or just have some time off from the demands of caregiving – all while having peace of mind that their loved one is being respectfully cared for by compassionate team members.
