IN MEMORY OF MARY LAREDO HERBECK

It is with great sadness that we acknowledge the passing of Mary Laredo Herbeck on October 1, 2010. Mary served as the curator of the Ellen Kayrod Gallery at the Hannan Foundation for six years. During this time the gallery and art program at Hannan have flourished and provided a unique opportunity for hundreds of older professional and non-professional artists to share their talents and exhibit their work. She brought extraordinary passion and creativity to her work here at the Foundation and the community we serve. Her contributions and inspiration have created an environment of appreciation and commitment to art which will be ever lasting within the Foundation and the people who have had the opportunity to work with and learn from Mary Laredo Herbeck.
