Our Partner Agencies

     The social service agencies that also call the Hannan House their home are Hannan's partner agencies.

     Together, Hannan and our partners are able to provide a broader range of programs and services to the downtown area than any agency could on its own.

Hannan's partner agencies include the following organizations:

• Center For Community Access
  The Center for Community Access is a disability resource center-offering sensitivity traing, ADA site review, Accessibility Audits, Accessibility Tax Breaks information, Training in providing Customer Services to persons with disabilities.

 

• Wayne Oakland & Macomb Home Care and Supportive Services
• The Wayne Oakland & Macomb home care and supportive services provides a comprehensive program of services; medical, psychological clinical social, plus occupational therapists, aides, and skill nursing.  Staff works closely with both patient and family to create a comfortable home care and supportive environment.TheTThttt
  
• Center for Health Education and Advocacy
  The Center for Health Education and Advocacy seeks to improve health status of children and youth by helping grandparents raising grandchildren and increase consumer participation in the delivery of health care.
